With spring break quickly approaching, we’re all scrambling to make last minute touches on our bodies. But instead of killing yourself in the gym or starving yourself in the kitchen, give your body what it really needs. Try doing a juice cleanse a couple days before your spring break trip. The extra greens and added nutrients will leave your skin glowing and your body slimmed. Also try avoiding salty foods, that will make you bloat pre-trip, and remember to moisturize extra before your trip. Your skin needs to be healthy and nourished if your want to attain that post-spring break tan.
Juice Recipe: (can be used in juicer or blender)
1 Handful of kale
1 Handful of carrots (chopped)
½ Cucumber (sliced)
1 Slice of fresh ginger root
