Hello again friends! Over the past couple weeks it has come to my attention that fall is by
far the least healthy season. Between the endless amounts of left over Halloween candy,
the pumpkin spice lattes, and the smorgasbord of food we call Thanksgiving dinner;
calories begin adding up quickly. While pondering this idea I began weighing my options
of being healthy/feeling good vs. treating myself to some of the seasons special treats.
But why not have both? To my surprise, I found many different homemade snacks that
are health conscious but still festive. Here are a couple recipes I found that might be
helpful when staying healthy this season, including my personal favorite the No Bake
Pumpkin Spice Latte Bites (which just happen to be gluten free as well).
