Udi's loaves come frozen, so pop two slices into the toaster! Toast your bread to your desired toasty-ness. In a small dish, combine about 1.5-2 table spoons of hummus with 1/4 avocado. Smash the avocado into the hummus with a fork, trying to blend out as many chunks as possible. Once the toast in finished, sprinkle some cheese on one half, and microwave for 10-13 seconds to melt it. Spread the hummus blend onto the other half of the loaf. When the cheese is finished melting, remove that half from the microwave and top with TJ's Tropical Salsa, and then add several spinach leaves. Complete by putting the hummus-ed half on top, and call it day!
